Through our combined 50 years of coaching

disconnection. Shantell's body started
changing mysteriously—weight gain, comfort

Lu Crenshaw is a Movement & Breath Educator with
a degree in exercise physiology and 21+ years in the
fitness industry. As a Division One college athlete and
founder of one of the first 200 CrossFit gyms (2006),
Lu pioneered movement-based emotional healing,
bringing a scientific approach to transformation that
bridges the gap between physical movement and
emotional breakthrough, making complex concepts
feel accessible and actionable.

Shantell Dayton is a Movement & Breath Educator
with 28 years of coaching experience and a lifetime
dedicated to martial arts mastery, recently receiving
her 7th-degree black belt. Through her intuitive
approach to storytelling and disciplined framework
for change, she creates experiences that build both
internal strength and external resilience, helping
women develop the discipline needed to own their
stories and build sustainable purpose while making
transformation feel approachable.
They founded Lüsha to bring their revolutionary approach to women worldwide
through their gym, transformational events, podcast, and community work. Their
complementary approach—merging systematic understanding with disciplined
practice—demonstrates that every woman is capable of reconnecting with her
